Everyone comes to coaching with unique aims. You may desire to create a regular practice. You may want to complete a project. You may need to build a platform. You'd like to determine the best path from where you currently are to where you'd like to be.

• At our 90-minute meeting:

  • ​approx. 45 minutes spent getting to know each other so that you can introduce yourself and your project to me

  • approx. 45 minutes focused on determining your goals, discussing barriers, and developing a plan to move you forward

Whether this is a one-time consultation, or you would like to proceed with regular coaching is up to you.

Individual sessions are available to anyone who has completed a consultation with me. We'll talk about your work, your feelings about your work, and check your progress toward your goals. 

 

Coaching will provide the encouragement, accountability, guidance, and professional advice to keep you going.

• Discovery Session (90 minutes)

• 10 Coaching Sessions (45 minutes)

• Choose:

  • Review of your work at any time up to 15,000 words

  • An additional session

You can book your sessions at any frequency you like, as long as you complete all the sessions within a calendar year.​

Interested in purchasing a package but you already completed an initial consultation within the last 6 months? No problem. We will scratch the Discovery Session and you will only be charged $760.
